DISINTEGRATOR

CONSTRUCTION AND PRINCIPLE:

·      Consists of a drum shaped chamber made of cast iron.

·      In the chamber four steel beaters, attached to a central spindle revolve at a high speed and pulverize material fed into it.

·      The powder thus produced instantly passes through the screens in the lower part of the machine.

·      This free escape of the ground material results in extremely rapid grinding with a fine and cool product.

·      This method of grinding is very efficient for a wide range of dry materials and in some cases, also for wet materials.

·      The Screens: The Screens are of “Cast Iron” having steel bars in a Cast iron frame and are suitable for fine or coarse grinding.

·      Disintegrator: Is suitable for handling different spices, herbs, roots, leaves, saw dust, cattle feed, bran, filtered cakes, sugar, soft & medium hard minerals and other foodstuffs.

 

ADVANTAGES:

 Used where high impact force is required to break the material.

Suitable only for coarse grinding between 10mm to 60 meshes.
